Side glass looks simple and rarely is. Curvature, thickness, tint, the position of the regulator clips and whether the glass is toughened or laminated all vary between trim levels of the same vehicle, and a near-enough part will bind in the channel or sit proud of the seal.
Broken side glass also leaves the door shell full of fragments. Clearing that out properly matters just as much as the new pane, because anything left behind will find its way back into the window mechanism later.
